- A initial diagnosis is made based on the analysis of your demands
- Execution of an agreement by which all parties involved appoint PMR Europe as facilitator
- A full-blown session is held with all parties concerned
- Negotiation

Examples of recent interventions
Within a group of affiliated companies, originating from an initially family-owned structure which had been split for efficiency reasons , tensions arose between the employer and an employee, the latter having a lot of seniority.
