Chambre de Conciliation, d’Arbitrage et de Médiation en matière Immobilière (la CCAI)
This Board of conciliation, arbitration and mediation for Real Estate is composed of notaries, lawyers, architects, and surveyors. The CCAI proposes three methods to resolve conflicts: conciliation (the conciliators propose, after having heard the participants, a solution to the conflict), arbitration (three arbitrators resolve the dispute and the parties are bound to their decision), and mediation (the mediators help the participants find a solution which meets their needs).
TAS’HEEL
The TAS’HEEL Institute for Facilitative Mediation (TAS’HEEL) is a neutral, privately funded organization that practices and promotes the use of facilitative mediation as a business solution for commercial disputes.
Ramzy KOPTY PE, FCIArb, is the founder of the “Institute for Facilitative Mediation “TAS’HEEL a European institution that provides mediation services to law firms and their corporate clients. The TAS’HEEL mediation process and rules are developed to accommodate commercial and projects disputes between EU / US companies, and their counterparts in the Middle East.
With his many years of experience in general business, engineering, information technology, his qualification as an accredited Mediator “Fellow “ from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and his post graduate academic research experience with Queen Mary University in International commercial mediation, Ramzy is a great contribution to the mediation profession
