Non-violent communication

Training on demand

Specific domain

Non-violent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, sheds light on what facilitates or hinders relationships and communications. A process of understanding oneself and the other, it helps to develop the ability to listen to what is lived beyond what is said. It makes it possible to take into account emotional issues and to welcome emotions with empathy as well as to translate negative judgments and reproaches into positive expressions of needs. If it is sometimes presented as a simple tool, the NVC is above all an approach of consciousness and inner alignment.

Target audience

Anyone who seeks to develop their relational skills: the relationship to oneself, to the other and to others (in a family, an organization or a group for example) and to reduce the importance of conflicts in one’s life (within oneself and between people).

  • The fundamentals of NVC
  • The quality of presence, the levels and the quality of listening
  • Decoding judgments and reproaches
  • Identify and manage inner conflicts
  • Identify and manage what stimulates us at certain times and get out of “re-active” mode in order to regain our freedom of choice
